Businesses

1. How do I post a job request?

2. What type of recruitment agencies can I find on TempaGoGo?

When you submit a job request, TempaGoGo’s algorithm presents you with recruitment agencies that are specialised in the roles you’re trying to fill.

For example, if your trusted PA is off on holidays, and your office is based in Park Royal, you’ll only be presented with recruitment agencies that are experts in office staff in North West London.

We check each recruitment agency’s details before approving them on the platform.

We’re currently working with recruitment agencies specialised in Office staff, Construction, Transport and Logistics and Manufacturing across the UK.

3. Do you send my details to all the agencies on your system?

No. We provide you with a list of agencies that will best serve your needs. You can then choose which agencies will receive the lead. We only share the contact details you consent to being sent, and you can decide to limit all communications to the platform's messaging tool.

4. How do you make money?

When you submit a job request, the agencies pay us a modest fee if they want to work on the role.

5. Are you a recruitment agency?

No.

We are a marketplace – an intermediary between companies looking to hire interim staff and recruitment agencies. We don’t source candidates. That’s what recruitment agencies registered on our platform do!

6. Where is my data held?

All data is held in encrypted form in UK-based data centres.

7. What software do I need to install?

None. Our platform is delivered via browsers, either on desktop or mobile phones.

8. Which browsers do you support?

We currently support the latest versions of Google Chrome (Mac and PC), Safari (Mac), Firefox (Mac and PC), Edge (PC) and IE11 (PC). We also support Chrome on Android phones and Safari on iPhones.

9. How do you comply with GDPR?

We are both a Data Controller and a Data Processor.

We act as a Data Controller when we collect personal data when you create an account on TempaGoGo (e.g., first name, last name, email address, job title, work address). That’s why we’re registered with the ICO as a data controller (number ZA356660).

We act as a Data Processor when we collect information about a job request, when candidates’ CVs are stored by recruitment agencies on our platform and shared with hiring companies, and when we process timesheet data.

We don’t collect or process any sensitive personal data.

Agencies

1. How much does it cost to use?

It's free to register and receive leads. You only pay when you want to work on a lead and access the client's details. Please see our pricing page for more details here.

2. Can I interact directly with the business?

Yes. The business’ details (e.g., company name, hiring manager name, contact details) are shared with you once you purchase a lead.

It’s the business who decides how they want to be contacted. If they want to be contacted by email, you’ll be provided with their email address. If they want to be contacted by phone, you’ll be provided with their phone number.

You are free to add the client to your database, respecting their wishes to continue to do business with you.

3. Are you a recruitment agency?

No.

We are a marketplace – an intermediary between companies looking to hire interim staff and recruitment agencies. We don’t source candidates and only interact with candidates when collecting timesheets - if you so wish.

4. Do you take a cut out of my temp billings?

No.

You keep 100% of your billings. The only thing you pay for is the upfront cost of the lead.

5. Do you take a cut out of my temp-to-perm fee?

No.

If you require the hiring company to pay you a temp-to-perm fee, we don’t take any cut out of this fee. You keep 100% of the fee. The only thing you pay for is the upfront cost of the lead.

6. Do I get a refund if I don't make a placement?

No.

The lead you’ve purchased is not refunded if you don’t place a candidate, for three main reasons:

Before purchasing a lead, you have a good indication of your chances of successfully placing a candidate. You can clearly see:

  • the type of role that needs to be filled (e.g., Labourer in NW10)
  • the number of positions required
  • the lead price
  • the number of agencies already working on the role
  • the client's budget

Secondly, you know if you have strong candidates in your pipeline for that specific role.

And finally the lead prices are modest, between 1 to 3% of the margin you would make on the role. Think about all the costs you would have incurred to find new clients, using the traditional cold-calling model.

7. Are my margins or fees shown to other agencies?

No.

The bookings are made under your own Terms of Business. We don’t impose a standard agency margin or specific payment terms.

8. Are agencies’ margins and payment terms standardised?

No.

If you share your candidates’ CVs through our platform – which we recommend you to do for your clients to have the best possible experience – your margin (or fees, or commission or mark-up) is only shown to the hiring manager.

It’s never shown to other agencies.

Please note as well that when you place a candidate, the placement is made under your Terms and Conditions. We don’t impose standardised terms of business or margins.
